Refund and Exchange Policy

 

Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 10 days of the purchase and we'll be happy to exchange the product. Exchanges are completely at the discretion of Earls Door Store and their associates. 

Returns:

To make a return: Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]. Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags and/or labels attached. Returns are completely at the discretion of Earls Door Store and their associates. 

Refunds: 

To Obtain a Refund: Bring your item to us within 10 days of your purchase. Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]. Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags and/or labels attached. A refund can be issued if said item is deemed to be non-damaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds are completely at the discretion of Earls Door Store and their associates. 

Defective merchandise may be brought to Earls Building Supply for inspection and potential replacement.
