RediFrame® is a prefinished fixed throat steel door frame designed for interior applications where the strength of a steel door frame is desired. Especially suited for new construction and light commercial applications: hotel/motel, modular, assisted living, or residential.

MATERIAL: 20 gauge cold rolled steel

PROFILE: Standard double rabbet

DOOR THICKNESS: 1/-3/4” thickness doors (steel or wood)

WALL SIZE: 4 7/8

STOP HEIGHT: 5/8”

HINGE REINFORCEMENTS: Prepared with three (3) 4 1/2 standard weight 14 gauge hinge reinforcements

STRIKE PREP: 4 7/8 ANSI Strike

CASING: Standard casing is 22 gauge cold-rolled steel per ASTM A1008M-16

FINISHING: Prefinished RediFrame Brown

FIRE RATING: Embossed or Mylar up to 90 minutes neutral and positive pressure fire label; wood or steel stud wall constructions.
